This project was an idea thought of after learning that wind mill blades are not recycled or repurposed but rather buried underground. That got me thinking of different ways to use the blade of a wind mill. The original shape of the blade has a lot of beauty to it and I wanted to keep the streamlined shape and sculpt a sink into the blade. After finishing this quick project I believe the shape of the blade can be further revealed by placing the sink in a more responsive space or exposing more of the blade in the design. Overall I don't think I have found the final form of this sink, something I can explore more in the future.
